At TeeTurtle, we want you to love your new gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, our team is here to help you find your perfect shell.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific apparel or plushies you wish to return or exchange and tell us the reason why.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items in their original condition, and drop the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
